The same person, every time
Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that week. You get a different face each visit, and you explain the thing about the guest bathroom door all over again.
I’m a one-person business, which means I’m the only one who ever comes into your home. After a few visits I know that the good towels stay in the closet, which floors hate water, and where the cat hides. You stop having to manage it.
It also means I can only take on so many homes — so if I say yes to a regular slot, you keep it.
What that looks like in practice
- One key, one person. No crew rotation, no subcontractors, nobody in your home you haven’t met.
- Evenings and Saturdays. If a weekday nine-to-three window doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t have to.
- I bring everything. Supplies and equipment included. If you’d rather I use your products, that’s fine too.
- You don’t need to be home. Plenty of clients are at work. We’ll agree access that suits you.
- Free quotes, no pressure. I’ll look at the place, tell you honestly what it needs and what it’ll take.
